The Chidsey Program for Leadership Development prepares Davidson students to exercise leadership in ways that positively impact our campus, community, and world.

We believe that leadership is a choice, and that we all have the potential to 鈥渓ead from where we are.鈥 Through our programs, we invite students to discover and step-into their capacity for leadership. This supports the 91导航 mission to prepare students for lives of leadership and service.

The Chidsey Leadership Fellows Program is the signature program of the center, bringing together 48 students to expand their capacity for leadership.
