My summers have been incredible so far. They helped me develop into the person I am today and gave me a chance to explore a wide variety of career opportunities. Each of them were secured through Davidson's robust network of experiences. My personal favorite, the Baja competition, was Davidson's first entry into an off-roader engineering competition and was conducted through the Physics department.

A smiling young woman wearing glasses and an oversized cream-colored sweater stands outdoors on a grassy slope next to a large body of water, with a tree-lined shore visible across the water under a clear blue sky.

As an international student, finding summer opportunities far from home can be intimidating at first, yet Davidson has opened doors for me to grow academically, professionally, and personally since day one. The Matthews Center and International Student Engagement have been key pillars in my journey, supporting me every step of the way.
